The project coincided with General Idea's installation PLAŠEBO (Helium), consisting of custom-shaped helium-filled balloons (variously recorded as 4500 or 4800) released in the Westbahnhof U-Bahnstation during the exhibition Expanded Art, Wiener Festwochen, Vienna, 9 May - 19 June 1992.

It was re-created (3000 balloons) for the AA Bronson exhibition Negative Thoughts at Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago, 27 January - 22 April 2001.
